Joanna Natasegara is a British documentary filmmaker, producer and environmentalist. She was born on October 30, 1984 in London, England. Natasegara is known for producing some of the most critically acclaimed documentaries of recent years, including "The White Helmets" (2016), which won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short, and "Virunga" (2014), which was nominated for an Academy Award.
